Last weekend, we partnered with Aqua Sculpt for their Floating Sound Bath retreat. A uniquely restorative experience where guests floated weightlessly above water, enveloped in the gentle vibrations of sound. It was a full reset for the body and mind, creating a space for stillness, emotional release, and clarity.

In colour therapy, lighter shades are said to reflect and absorb positive energy, creating an environment where your body can truly relax.
